Had a fab time chillin’ at the rooftop pool after long days out! The staff were super chill and friendly, especially one housekeeper who totally turned my mood around when my room wasn't cleaned on time. Local eats were awesome and cheap too! Only wished the breakfast had a bit more variety. Can't wait to come back!

Upon arrival, the check-in process felt disorganized when told the room wasn’t ready, which was disappointing given my late check-in time. I encountered issues like a musty smell in the room, wet carpet with stains, and persistent complaints yielding no significant improvements. The bathroom showed noticeable rust stains and, during my stay, the advertised amenities like the sauna and steam room were out of order, along with inconsistent replenishment of room supplies, making the stay less convenient.

Just finished an 8-night stay at the Montreal in Al Barsha. Very satisfied with the service and professional management all around. The staff was consistently courteous, which made our time enjoyable. The location worked well for sightseeing. A bonus was the pool guy. he was especially polite and respectful, holding doors open for everyone. It really feels good to see that kind of courtesy. However, the pool maintenance could be better. I noticed it wasn’t as clean as I expected, which detracted from my overall experience. Comfort in the rooms was good, and having a mini-bar and sitting area made the stay more pleasant. Even with the pool issue, I appreciated having all services readily available. The hotel’s proximity to shops and the Mall of the Emirates was convenient, but it felt a bit far for walking in the heat. Still, I would definitely consider coming back for the hospitality and solid location, hoping the pool gets some attention.
